I strongly agree because information about lung disease / breathing is very important especially for those of you who live in the suburbs of Jakarta. respiratory or pulmonary disease can be caused by several factors among which are dust, smoke, vehicle pollution, animal fur, and so on. the impact of lung disease were:

A. Tuberculosis (TB)
• Cause: The disease tuberculosis is caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The disease can be transmitted through saliva splashes when the patient coughs.
• Symptoms: Coughing up phlegm for more than three weeks. Can also issue a cough accompanied by blood. Patients will have a fever, especially in the afternoon or evening, sweating at night. Decreased appetite, resulting in a thin body.
• Prevention and solution: If there are friends, neighbors or family members who experience these symptoms, you should be advised to consult a doctor to determine if the cough is TB disease or not. Because sometimes a cough illness often considered trivial, but this disease can kill someone if not treated immediately and can be transmitted to others.
• Treatment: Treatment for tuberculosis when it is caught early are not too expensive and easy to cure because there are already drugs provided by the government. When required, patients with TB may also be quarantined in a special place so as not to transmit the disease.

2. Asthma
• Cause: The cause of asthma is a temporary narrowing of the respiratory tract that can cause sufferers to feel shortness of breath. Vessel constriction occurs in the throat. Heredity plays an important role in this disease, if there are parents or grandparents who suffer from this disease can be reduced to the children or grandchildren.

• Allergies to things like dust, temperature changes, humidity, excessive exercise or emotional stress can cause allergies, so the membrane that lines the vessels to swell and excessive mucus so that the vessels become narrow and people with breathing difficulties. Although an attack of shortness of breath may go away, but heavy attack if left untreated can cause death because the patient can not breathe.

• Symptoms: Shortness of breath sounds with wheezing (wheezing) Prevention and solution: Avoid things that can cause allergies in people, causing asthma attacks. For example, by cleaning the dust on a mattress, pillow or blanket. Avoid extreme temperatures and humidity, piaran animals or foods that may cause allergies.

• Treatment: To cope with an asthma attack is to use reliever medication (bronchodilator) inhaled way. Another way is to do a therapy that will teach you how to relax and catch your breath in the event of an asthma attack. When asthma is severe, it can use the drug daily until relief of asthma attacks can be controlled. Thus, it is advisable for the sufferer to always carry a reliever medication wherever he goes in order to be used in case of attack.

3. Bronchitis
• Cause: bronchitis disease due to inflammation of the bronchi (the tubes that carry air into the lungs). The reason could be due to bacteria infection, bacteria or viruses. Other causes are cigarette smoke, dust, or air pollutants.
• Symptoms: fever accompanied by cough or phlegm is yellow when it is caused by bacterial infection. Meanwhile, when is chronic, productive cough and shortness of breath for a few months to several years.
• Prevention and solution: Increase endurance is one of the precautions that can be done. Meanwhile, to prevent chronic bronchitis is to stop smoking also avoid secondhand smoke to avoid exposure to secondhand smoke is very dangerous.
• Treatment: For treatment when it is caused by bacteria or germs can be overcome by taking antibiotics as directed by your doctor. If caused by a virus, commonly used drugs to relieve symptoms.

4. Pneumonia
• Cause: Pneumonia is an infection that occurs in lung tissue (parenchyma) caused by bacteria, viruses or fungi. Generally caused by streptococcal bacteria (Streptococcus) and the bacteria Mycoplasma pneumoniae.
• Symptoms: Coughing up phlegm with a thick, yellow sputum, chest pain, and shortness of breath accompanied by high fever.
• Prevention and solution: Always maintain cleanliness and keep the immune system stay strong to prevent the bacteria can not penetrate the defenses of the body's health. Get used to wash hands, eat a nutritious diet or exercise regularly.
• Treatment: If you have been suffering from pneumonia, usually cured by taking antibiotics.

5. Emphysema
• Causes: Emphysema is caused due to loss of elasticity in the alveoli. Alveoli themselves are bubbles present in the lungs. In patients with emphysema, lung volume is greater than a healthy person because the carbon dioxide should be expelled from the lungs trapped inside. Cigarette smoke and the lack of the enzyme alpha-1-antitrypsin is the cause of loss of elasticity in the lung.
• Symptoms: Shortness of breath in a long time and can not be cured with commonly used drugs lozenges shortness of breath. And decreased appetite and weight loss are also common in patients with emphysema.
• Prevention and solutions: Avoiding smoking is the best way to prevent this disease. Quitting smoking is also very important.

6. Lung Cancer
• Cause: The cancer has become a deadly disease, even lung cancer is the first killer compared to other cancers. Tumor cells or cancer that grows in the lungs experienced by patients with lung cancer. Cancer can grow in this tissue and can spread to other parts.
The main cause is cigarette smoke contains many toxic substances and inhaled into the lungs and has been accumulating for decades causing mutations in cells of the airways and lead to cancer cells.
Another cause is the radioactive radiation, toxic chemicals, stress or heredity.
• Symptoms: Coughing, chest pain, shortness of breath, coughing up blood, fatigue and weight loss. But as in other types of cancer, symptoms usually only emerge if the cancer has grown large or has spread.
• Prevention and solutions: Avoiding smoking and secondhand smoke are also lots of nutritious foods that contain lots of antioxidants to prevent cancer cells.

Because lung disease primarily caused by cigarette smoke, then you should immediately cease this practice and do not try to start for those who never smoked Belm. Avoid exposure to secondhand smoke for an even more dangerous than active smokers. Pulmonary care, avoid lung disease, and you can breathe more easily. Moreover, when information is disseminated or held in the scatterplot counseling about the importance of keeping and maintaining healthy lungs - pulmonary our existing civic directly on the outskirts of Jakarta. Jakarta will be free of respiratory disease.

English language functions for the field of accounting

Maybe I have many reasons to improve their English: because I was not too busy, the English language is too difficult or I do not need foreign language skills on this one. I will be able to talk to more than 1.5 billion people around the world. One in four people in the world speak at least some English, and that number continues to increase learning. For example, in China alone, the number of people learning English have surpassed the entire population of the United States. When I speak English, I can chat online, write a letter and around the world - to use a foreign language!

Accelerate the progress of my career
Most international business is conducted in English. If I wanted a managerial position in a multinational company, chances are I will be required to speak English. A number of prestigious companies even now set minimum IELTS or TOEFL for potential job applicants. World of technology, aviation, tourism and diplomatic depend closely to the English language. You can be a translator of English, and so on.

Ask the road in 75 countries
English is the official language or at least have a special status in 75 countries and is used in over 100 countries. English is the international language for business, sports, academic, science, technology, advertising and diplomatic. I do not need to use the services of the English translator for my own master.

Open the window wider world
Many foreign-language books are translated only into English. If I can read English, I will have the option of reading a much more diverse, as it is with the film. Now the role of the greater English translator as well.

Conquer the internet
I would think that many sites are translated into Indonesian. But the fact is, 80% of electronic information is only available in English. Whereas the other 20% is not all dominated by the Indonesian language, but also the non foreign language - English, like Chinese, Japanese, French and so on. So imagine just how many percent of all information presented on the internet in the Indonesian language. I do not need a tool / English dictionary translator.

Being a scientist
The researchers and scientists around the world communicate with each other in English. Scientific conference held in English and the research results are also published in English. More than two-thirds of scientists around the world to read in English.

Pursue opportunities abroad
There are thousands of programs to learn, work and volunteers around the world, but almost exclusively only offered to those who speak English. A world full of opportunity open when I speak English.

For Accounting
The main functions of accounting are as an organization's financial information. Of the accounting statements we can see the financial position of an organization and its changes occurring in it. Accounting is made qualitatively by a unit of measure of money. Financial information is needed especially by the manager / management to help make decisions of an organization.

Indeed, this earth, the older and more and more human, automated damage is also more than the days of our ancestors. Where once they were quite satisfied with the writing on the stone. Because its time has not been developed, so now science is growing, and all can be made. And the more precisely the damage. If chopsticks or a spoon, I prepare to bring their own course, rather than use the old one. Then use bamboo chopsticks as well as myself did not have the heart to love it immediately removed. Just bring your own mending to be safe. Like to read this paper. Unfortunately clothes are thorwn  in there, but could be sent to any country.

komentar: Complete once a mother, a simple and easily practiced,
Hopefully we can contribute to the preservation of this earth and we need to start from ourselves.
But not necessarily included in the organization of nature lovers, yes! Mother...
Because humans are basically already blown one of his properties named Rahman and Rahim, so every human being should always loved nature, where he heads. And hopefully with this moment, we can better care for our environment, love the earth we inhabit.
Hopefully the mother can inspire us all for the love of nature and our environment. Continued success

Reading

We often think it very funny if a film shows a woman or a girl screaming and running in fright at the sight of a mouse or a cockroach. But we don’t consider our own little, secret fears a laughing matter. Perhaps you shiver at the sight of a snake or an eel, cannot bear to hear the sound of jagged metal rubbing against metal, or feel uneasy in a lift. Fortunately,
Most of us suffer only a mild form of fright about certain things. According to psychiatrists, this is quite normal. It becomes a problem only when the fear develops into a mental condition that affects all aspects of a person’s life. Studies of thousands of people with an abnormal dread show that every time they think about – or come into contact with – the subject of their fear, they
